So I think that my stalling weight loss wise was do to a little water retention because today....voila....170! 38 pounds GONE. I've lost a whole little person : )
Also, this was today's C25K segment.
3 minutes run
90 sec walk
5 minutes run
2 min 30 secs walk
3 minutes run
90 sec walk
5 minutes run
And I did it all!!!!
